We respect all the rights of all our patients and their relatives who apply to our hospitals during the time they receive service from our hospitals. T.R. This resource, which we have prepared by making use of the Ministry of Health's Patient Rights Regulation; It is for the purpose of informing our patients about the rights they have and the responsibilities they must fulfill during service procurement.
It is the whole of the practices made in order to protect the rights of a person who requests medical assistance and applies to a health institution for this purpose, whose rights are guaranteed by international and national legislation, during the entire service period given to him in that health institution.

Our patients have the right to demand that their personal information, health conditions, diagnosis and treatment processes or the content of their private visits be kept confidential.
Our patients have the right to receive health services with a friendly, gentle, compassionate approach and in a clean contemporary environment.
Our patients have the right to fulfill their religious obligations within the possibilities of the health facility and as long as they do not interfere with treatment.
Our patients have the right to accept visitors and have companions in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by our hospital.
Our patients have the right to protect the safety of life and property, and to be protected from risks and medical errors in health services.*
Our patients have the right to obtain information about their health status or to seek consultation with a specialist from a different branch from another physician working in the same branch, apart from the physician who is dealing with their treatment.
Our patients have the right to initiate, review, finalize and be informed of the outcome of the complaint mechanism in our hospital in case their rights are neglected.
* For security reasons, camera shots are taken in the public and general areas of our hospitals. However, this measure is not applied in areas that require privacy such as patient rooms and doctor's rooms.
